for CASA LITORE
Casa Litore is a real estate development offering land, plots, villas, and apartments in the coastal region of Rio de Janeiro — between Mangaratiba and Angra dos Reis, Brazil.

Challenge
“Litore” means shoreline in Latin. The challenge was to create a brand that naturally evokes the sea — capturing the calm, sophistication, and sense of belonging that comes with living close to the ocean.

My Role
As Design Director, I led the creation of the brand — from concept and visual identity to communication materials, stationery, website, and promotional items. I developed the full graphic language and BrandBook, shaping a cohesive identity that mirrors the serenity and timeless elegance of the Brazilian coastline.
