ENGENHO
JARDIM
Engenho Jardim is an ancient farm mill located in Pernambuco State's countryside, the Brazilian Northeast.
Its main objective is to recover a little of the regional history while being a tourist attraction. The revitalisation of the millhouse will also serve as an experiment in the production of rum, sugarcane, coffee, and citrus fruit.
